The property is absolutely fairy tale: incredibly beautiful location with everything you could possibly need : superb views everywhere, many pools, golf course, tennis court, amazing restaurants, great spa, many quiet beautiful streets in the compound to walk on. Despite the dimensions of the resort, the accommodation is so cozy and the rooms , very big and spacious, are very intimate. We had rooms in one of the villas, with big beautiful gardens on the groundfloor. The rooms are very nicely furnished, comfortable, very clean; the gardens so pretty with sunbeds. It is very nice to wake up and walk bare feet in the grass of your own garden, feels as it is your own home. The variety of the restaurants is impressive: you have many and there is even Treno Reale that is so unique: a fine dining restaurant in an actual train from 1921. Also, the Aurevo restaurant has a very diversified menu with incredible nice food (exceptional pizza, pasta, seafood, steak etc). Le Marzoline is also super nice in nature. The staff everywhere so friendly, welcoming and polite. People in the resort are very nice. The spa incredibly beautiful. The location is so convenient: less than 30 min from Bologna airport. One of the most beautiful resorts I have ever been to. Everything perfect! Cannot wait to be back here!

Excellent stay in the most luxurious hotel, the whole experience was beautiful and we didn’t want it to end. The food was incredible and the room was breathtaking.

The view is breathtaking, all around. The buildings are uniformely spread out so that you have the impression of space but also intimacy. The swimming pools are world class, especially the more remote ones. The gardens and the plants and greenary are superb, like a botanical exhibition. The food at Grifon is rather good, with excellent dishes.

Gorgeous location, vises and rooms. We had a connected room for us and the kids which was perfect. The in-house pools are amazing so even if it’s off season it’s plenty to enjoy. The resort has beautiful walks around it, all the food is delicious! The olive oil they make is amazing.
